1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking through www.gdladventures.com, by phone, WhatsApp, or any other channel provided by GDL Adventures, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Description of Services
GDL Adventures is a tourism company based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, offering tours and travel experiences including tours to Tequila, gastronomic experiences, cultural tours, and adventure tourism in Jalisco.
3. Bookings
Bookings may be made via the website, WhatsApp at (33) 2315 0311, or email at info@gdladventures.com. A booking is confirmed only when GDL Adventures receives the deposit payment and sends written confirmation. Each tour specifies the minimum advance booking time (generally 24 hours). Tours have a maximum capacity.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN). A deposit is required to confirm the booking; the remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash (balance on tour day only).
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel, notify GDL Adventures in writing (WhatsApp or email) with your booking confirmation number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
GDL Adventures may cancel tours due to force majeure, offering rescheduling at no cost or a full refund.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Punctuality: Arrive at the meeting point on time. GDL Adventures will not wait for late customers.
- Physical Condition: Ensure adequate physical fitness for the tour.
- Conduct: Maintain respectful behavior toward guides, staff, and fellow participants.
- Documentation: Carry valid government-issued ID when required.
- Safety Instructions: Follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
- Minors: Must be accompanied by a responsible adult who assumes full responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
GDL Adventures is not responsible for: injuries from failure to follow safety instructions; loss of personal belongings; delays from external factors; or indirect/consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the tour.
8. Photography and Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by GDL Adventures. During tours, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. By booking, you grant consent for your image to be used. Notify us in writing before the tour if you do not consent.
9. Special Conditions
Alcoholic beverage tastings are strictly for guests 18 and over. GDL Adventures may modify itineraries due to adverse weather without breach of contract.
10. Force Majeure
GDL Adventures shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, we will endeavor to reschedule or refund amounts paid.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
